Description of the measure

12.-(1) A person who, holds a permit for importation of Human Controlled Medicines, shall submits justifiable quarter and annual consumption estimates report to the Authority.
13.-(1) All manufacturers, wholesalers, importers, distributors, scientists, scientific institutions and hospitals, shall keep records of quantities of each human controlled drug manufactured and individual acquisition and disposal of drugs.
22 (5) The manufacturers, wholesalers, importers, distributors, scientists, scientific institutions and veterinary center or clinic, shall keep such records to show the quantities of each drug manufactured and individual acquisition and disposal of drugs.
