Description of the measure

13 (3) The manufacturer, wholesaler, importer, distributor, scientist, scientific institutions and hospitals, shall ensure that the medicine is packed in such a way that its primary pack is so sealed so that when the seal is broken, it can be distinguished from other sealed primary packs.
