Description of the measure

14 (5) The permit for importation and manufacturing of non pre-packaged food shall be granted after compliance with the Food Hygiene Regulations that may be in force and are recognized under the Act.
15 (5 ) the dealers of these products shall avoid any form of contamination, maintain good hygienic conditions in handling the foods during, distribution, transportation and storage.
