Description of the measure

26.-(1) There shall be raised, collected and paid in respect of all sugar Power to manufactured in and imported into Tanzania, sugar levies at such rates as the Minister on consultation with the Minister responsible for finance, may on the recommendation of the Board impose by notice in the Gazette.
