Description of the measure

62 (2) Subject to the provisions of this Part, no person shall, in the course of a business carried on by him:
(b) procure, import, manufacture or assemble any drugs, medical devices or herbal drugs for sale or supply for the purpose of clinical trial unless:
(i) he is the holder of a product registration which authorizes the clinical trial in question, or he does it to the order of the holder of such a licence, and in either case, he does it in accordance with the product registration.
