Description of the measure

12 (2) Regulations made by the Authority may provide for regulating licensing, permits or otherwise the production, manufacture, possession, transport, import into and export from the Mainland Tanzania, sale, purchase, consumption, use, storage, distribution, disposal or acquisition of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substances.
