Description of the measure

4.-(1) Subject to the relevant provisions of the Act and Tobacco Regulations, the Board may impose fees for the following licenses and permits:-
(e) tobacco export license;
(f) tobacco export permit; and
(g) tobacco import permit.
(2) Every application for license or permit to the Board shall be accompanied with relevant non refundable fees as prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations
