- 5. Notwithstanding section 28 of the Act, an importer or exporter of hazardous, highly hazardous or corrosive chemical shall:
(a) maintain records of imports or export of hazardous, highly hazardous or corrosive chemical;
(b) submit information on the imported or exported chemical to the Registrar after every three months.;
(c) provide sufficient information to enable a dealer to take necessary measures as regards safety and protection of human health and the environment;
(d) provide a contingency plan for approval by the Registrar; and
(e) comply with the storage requirements as set out in the Seventh Schedule to these Regulations. - Reference of the measure
