- 4(2) An importer or exporter of chemicals shall ensure that, all information and shipping documents and package are legible, in indelible print and be written in English or Kiswahili languages.
50. An importer, exporter, producer, distributor, seller, user or warehouse operator shall affix a label on the chemical to be imported, exported, transported, produced, distributed, sold , used or stored in the form and standard prescribed in the Nineteenth Schedule to these Regulations. - Reference of the measure
