Description of the measure

29.-(I) No person shall produce, import, export, store, transport or deal in chemicals without a certificate and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
32.-(I) No person shall use or shall be found in Possession of a chemical, which has been registered under section 29 without a certificate Use of restricted chemicals issued by the Registrar.
