Description of the measure

34.-(1) The Authority may issue class licences for the following services:
(i) importation, distribution or selling of electronic communications equipment.
39. The importer, distributor or seller of electronic communications equipment shall not import for sale or, distribute any equipment without warranty of not less than twelve months.
