Description of the measure

58.-(1) No person shall export or enter for export any timber or other forest produce unless-
(a) he has a valid export certificate issued by the Director in respect of that timber or other forest produce.
59(2) No person shall export any timber or other forest produce in respect of which an export certificate has been issued except in the state in which it was when the said export certificate was issued.
