Description of the measure

49.-( I ) Any Fertilizer dealer who intends to export fertilizer or fertilizer supplement, shall make an application to the Director for a permit to export fertilizer or fertilizer supplement in a form as shown in the Nineteenth Schedule to these Regulations .
