Description of the measure

30 (7) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, no export permit shall be required in respect of the exportation of the following goods:-
(b) Articles included in any cargo which within Zanzibar is trans shipped on through bills of lading or entered for transit under the provisions of the East African Community Customs Management Act, or any enactment of the East Africa Community, or any regulations under such Act or enactment;
