Description of the measure

28.-( 1 ) Subject to subsection (2), a person shall not;
(c) import into Malawi any of the following instruments--
(i) small face spring balances whether dial or chart, or suspended weighers; ·
(ii) spring scales of the counter type provided with a hand operated knob;
(iii) spring scales with balancing range exceeding one per centum of the capacity of the instrument;
(iv) tubular spring scales; or
(v) open Beranger counter scales.
