Description of the measure

[Ch3503s17]17. Registration of pesticides
(1) Subject to subsection (2), no person shall import, manufacture or sell a pesticide which has not been registered under this Act.
[Ch3503s21]21. Duration of registration and renewal of registration (1) The registration of a pesticide shall be valid for a period of five years.
