Description of the measure

Any person who shall, without lawful authority, alter or deface any note, docket or mark placed upon any package or container under this Act or under any order, requirement, condition or regulation made thereunder; or who shall remove any such note, docket or mark from any such package or container upon which it is required to be kept or attached under this Act or under any order, requirement, condition or regulation made thereunder ; shall be guilty of an offence.
