Description of the measure

45. (1) A person shall not export or import an air conditioner containing or designed to use a controlled substance or ozone depleting substance.
46. (1) Subject to sub-regulation (2), from the date of entry into force of these Regulations, a person shall not import any aerosol product which uses a chlorofluorocarbon as a gas or a propellant.
