Description of the measure
Reconstituted milk product ( recombined with milk product) shall be the pasteurizer homogenized milk product prepared from milk fat, non-fat milk solids and water, with or without skim milk or whole milk may contain permitted stabilizers/emulsifiers (see part IV of the nineteenth schedules and shall have not less than 2.0 per centum of milk fat and not less than 9.0 per centum of milk solids-not fat.
