- 66. Irradiated food
(1) Subject to paragraph (2), no person shall import, manufacture, process, pack, store, offer for sale or sell any food which has been exposed to ionizing radiation.
(2) The Permanent Secretary may issue a certificate in writing allowing a person to import, manufacture, process, pack, store, offer for sale or sell food which has been exposed to ionising radiation. - Reference of the measure
