Establishment Of Statutory Measure Registration Of Producers And Exporters Of Table Grapes This Statutory Measure, made by the Minister of Forestry and Fisheries under sections 13 and 19 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996, requires all producers and exporters of table grapes requires producers and exporters of fresh table grapes to register with the South African Table Grape Industry (SATI). A person shall have a choice to register as either a producer or exporter and a person who is a producer as well as a producer or exporter shall register as a producer and as an exporter. Establishment Of Statutory Measure Registration Of Certain Persons In Respect Of Dried Fruit his Statutory Measure, made by the Minister of Forestry and Fisheries under sections 13 and 19 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996, requires producers, packers, processors, marketers and exporters of dried fruit (as defined in this Notice) to register with the Dried Fruit Technical Services (DFTS).
