| Regulation on the Management of Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer | 1. The purpose of this Regulation is to establish rules on the import, export, transit and destruction of substances that deplete the ozone layer and the equipment containing them, with a view to preventing or minimizing their negative impacts on the environment. 2. The following shall also be covered by this Regulation: (A) The substances listed in Annex 1 to this Regulation, known as controlled substances, whether in isolation or in admixture; (B) Aerosol packs, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment containing any of the substances referred to in previous paragraph. 3.
