Meat and meat products – canned – Microbiological – Specification

This standard prescribes microbiological specifications for conned meat and meat products (such as Extract Soup (ES) and Soup Stock Manufacture (SSM), packed in hermetically sealed containers which have been heat-treated after sealing to such an extent that the product is
shelf-stable.
