It lays down the conditions for the certification of aquatic food products and feed used for aquatic animals which are intended for human consumption and / or to be placed on the market
These specific rules lay down the conditions under which health certification of food of aquatic origin and of feeding-stuffs used for aquatic animals intended for human consumption and / or to be placed on the market including those for promotion commercial.
These specific rules shall apply to all food products of aquatic origin and feeding-stuffs used for aquatic animals intended for human consumption and for placing on the external and domestic market, including those for commercial promotion.
Apply to national or foreign natural or legal persons engaged in the marketing or placing on the market of food products of aquatic origin and of feeding-stuffs used for aquatic animals intended for human consumption
