Regulation on Marketing of Diamonds, Precious Metals and Gems

The rregulation establishes, in the legal order of the country, the mechanisms of certification of origin of rough diamonds, precious metals and gems and defines rules for their commercialization and control, in accordance with the requirements Internationally established under the Kimberley Process
