Legal Scheme on Production Activities, Import, Reception, Storage, Handling, Distribution, Marketing, Transportation, Export and Re-export of Petroleum Products

The decree defines the regime to which the activities of production, importation, reception, storage, handling, distribution, commercialization, transport, export and re-exportation of petroleum products and the respective sale prices in national territory are subject. The decree applies to all natural or legal persons, as well as public or private law institutions that carry out one or more of the activities indicated in the preceding paragraph.
