Presentation and Advertising of Food Products from Aquatic Origin

The document establishes the specific legal regime to be observed in the labeling, presentation and advertising of
Food products of aquatic origin, to be supplied directly to the final consumer or to restaurants, hospitals and
other similar collectivisties. The Ministerial Decree provides specific standards that shall apply to all foodstuffs of aquatic origin packed and to all the operators, with primary post-production activities
