Legal Provisions relating to the Import, Distribution and Commercialization of Petroleum Products, including the Fixing of their Prices

The decree defines the regime to which the activities of production, distribution and sale of petroleum products and the respective sales prices in the national territory are subject. The decree applies to all natural or legal persons and to public-law institutions carrying out one or more of the following activities: industrial production or processing, refining, reception, storage, handling, transport, distribution, import, export, re-export, transit, supply and sale of petroleum products.
