Regulation on Sealing of Alcoholic Beverages and Manufactured Tobacco

The regulation lays down the procedures to be observed for the production, distribution, use and inspection of the alcoholic beverage stamp of tariff headings 22.03, 22.04, 22.05 and 22.08 and manufactured tobacco of tariff heading 24.02, the sealing of which is mandatory. Goods under tariff heading 22.03 and 22.06 of domestic production are excluded from this mandatory control stamp
