ZS 193:Specification for margarine

Specifies requirements for margarine. It does not apply to any product which contains less than 80 fat (mm) and which is not labelled in any manner implying, either direct or indirectly, that the product is margarine.
Covers quality requirements, sampling and testing, packing and marking including food additives
