KS 28, Kenya Standard Specification for Cheese-Part 4 Tilsiter/Tilter Cheese

The standard Specifies the quality, performance, permitted ingredients, permitted food additives and the limits, labeling, packaging requirements and also specifies microbiological, heavy metals and pesticide residues test and sampling and production and handling for Tilster/Tilsiter cheese for human consumption or further processing.
