Kenya Standard specification for Textured soya protein products. KSEAS 802:2013

The standard Specifies the quality, performance, permitted ingredients, permitted food additives and the limits, labeling, packaging requirements and also specifies microbiological, heavy metals and pesticide residues test and sampling and production and handling for Textured soya protein products for human consumption.
