TZS 414:2009 Instant (soluble) coffee – Specification

This Tanzania Standard prescribes requirements and methods of sampling, test and assessment of pure instant soluble coffee whether in powder or agglomerated forms and liquor qualities of the cup, derived by dehydration of aqueous extract of freshly roasted and ground coffee. This Tanzania Standard does not apply to liquid coffee extracts.
