The 18 sections of this Act are divided into 8 Parts: Preliminary (I); Testing of seeds (II); Control of the export, sale and use of seeds (III); Certificate (IV); Registered seed growers (V); General powers of inspectors and miscellaneous provisions (VI); Regulations (VII); Offences and penalties (VIII).
