National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications Act, 2008: Regulations (No. R. 924 of 2010)

hese Regulations implement provisions of the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications Act, 2008 which establishes the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications of South Africa. The Regulations concern, among other things: payment of levy to the National Regulator, payment for services preformed by the National Regulator, registration of manufacturers, record-keeping obligations and directives issued by the CEO in terms of section 15(1) of the Act.
