Regulation on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora

The regulation lays down rules on the export, import, re-export, transit and introduction by sea or by any customs office of specimens of the species contained in Annexes I, II and III of the CITES in the national territory, to protect public health and the environment
