Progress update note

The 10th SADC Committee on Trade Facilitaion held from 14-15 June 2012 recalled the CMT Decision (Nov.
2011) which reads: In light of provisions of Article 15, it was agreed that charges should only befor services rendered; and limited to cost recovery. It was noted that the fees are for services rendered.However, it was also noted that work was on-going under the Infrastructure & Services cluster to harmonise charges.
