Kenya and URT submitted the Port procedures manual to the EAC Secretariat.  

Progress update note

At the Tripartite NTBs Online Reporting, Monitoring and Eliminating Mechanism Meeting to Launch the SMS Reporting Tool, Kenya and Uganda reported that the two countries were scheduled to have bilateral meetings to try and resolve the NTB. A progress report will be submitted at the NTBs forum scheduled fro Jne 2013.
