The Secretariat reported that this NTB had been resolved by the report of the bilateral meeting held from 3rd -5th July 2018 between Kenya & Tanzania .  

Progress update note

1. During the Bilateral meeting that took place in January, 2018 it was observed that this NTB had already been resolved during the bilateral meeting that took place in Dar Es Salaam in September, 2017.

2. URT reported that this NTB was resolved. However, Kenya reported that this NTB was still obtaining and
will be discussed during the bilateral meeting between Kenya and URT.
