1. During 39th RMC, URT informed the meeting that she is still consulting and will report back by December 2025
2. The 40th RMC was informed that the United Republic of Tanzania is implementing SCFEA Directives and is committed to resolve the NTB by 30th June 2026.
3. During the 48th SCTIFI,The meeting was informed that the United Republic of Tanzania is finalising the legal and regulatory reforms to remove all discriminatory fees, levies and charges.
