- 4. The principal order is amended by the insertion, after section 14 of the following section-
"14A. (I) An authorised dealer may, on its own behalf or on its own account, repatriate any amount of foreign currency.
(2) An authorised dealer who repatriates foreign currency in terms of subsection (l) shall ensure that the currency to be repatriated is secured in accordance with any standards that the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe shall prescribe.
(3) The foreign currency being repatriated in terms of subsection (1) shall be specified in a certificate issued by an officer of the authorised dealer for that purpose by the Reserve Bank in terms of section 42 of the Exchange Control Regulations, 1996, Statutory lnstrument 109 of 1996 ." - Reference of the measure
