Description of the measure
155(2) Milk chocolate that is described as "Full Cream Milk Chocolate" or "Dairy Milk Chocolate" -
(a) shall contain not less than –
(i) 5% milk fat;
(ii) 15% milk solids on a fat-free basis;
(iii) 2.5% of cocoa paste on a water-free and fat-free basis; and
(iv) 20% total cocoa dried solids.
