Description of the measure
(3) White chocolate shall be a product which –
(a) shall contain -
(i) 20% cocoa butter; and
(ii) sugar;
(b) may contain -
(i) milk components;
(ii) not more than 3.5% milk fat;
(iii) 14% milk solids;
(iv) 55% sucrose;
(v) vegetable fat other than cocoa butter; or
(vi) permitted flavouring substance and permitted food conditioner as provided in the Twenty-Third and Thirty-Ninth Schedules, respectively.
