Description of the measure
155(4) White chocolate shall, in its water-free, fat-free and alkaline-free content comply with regulation 154(b) [which requires that it shall] contain not more than -
(i) 19% starch naturally present;
(ii) 7% crude fibre;
(iii) 8% total ash;
(iv) 5.5% of ash insoluble in water;
(v) 0.4% of ferric oxide;
(vi) 10.5% of total alkalinity calculated as potassium carbonate; and
(vii) 12.5% ash;
