The rationale of the measure

The present Order shall regulate imports, exports and reexports of substances that deplete the Ozone Layer abbreviated as ODS, products and equipment containing such substances.

Imported ozone depleting substances and equipment containing them must bear a label or any other indication showing the nature, percentage and a caution indicating consequences of using these substances.
