Description of the measure
i) Evaporated Milk (Unsweetened condensed milk) shall be liquid product obtained by the partial removal of water only from milk, shall have not less than 75 per centum of milk and shall not have less than 17.5 per centum of milk solids-not-fat and may contain permitted stabilizers (see part IV of the nineteenth schedule.
ii) When milk other than cow's milk is used for the manufacture of the product or pay part of thereof, it shall be designated along such origin, for example "evaporated goat milk" or " evaporated goat milk" or " evaporated goat and cow milk" depending upon the proportion of the milk and the one in larger proportion being indicated first
