Description of the measure

180(3)(a) No person shall import, manufacture, process, pack, store, offer for sale or sell a canned food for an infant or a child which contains food additive other than those specified in column 1 of the Fifty-Fifth Schedule.
(b) Where a canned food for an infant or a child contains a food additive specified in the First column of the Fifty-Fifth Schedule, the additive shall be at the maximum level specified in the Second column of the Schedule.
