Description of the measure

196. Edible palm oil
(1) Edible palm oil includes edible bleached palm oil and edible bleached, deodorised palm oil.
(2) Edible palm oil shall be the edible oil obtained by a process of -
(a) expression;
(b) solvent extraction; or
(c) expression and solvent extraction; from the fleshy meso-carp of the fruit of the red oil palm Elaeis guineensis.
