198. Edible safflower oil
(1) Edible safflower oil includes -
(a) safflower seed oil;
(b) carthamus oil; and
(c) kurdee.
[2] Edible safflower oil shall be the oil obtained from the seeds of the plant Carthamus tinctorius.
