Description of the measure
348.Malt vinegar shall be the vinegar made by the alcoholic and subsequent acetous fermentations, without distillation, of an infusion of barley malt or cereals whose starch has been converted by malt, may contain caramel, and shall contain, in 100 millilitres, measured at 20º C, not less than 1.8 grams of solids, and not less than 0.2 gram of ash.
